Can I update or cancel my order post confirmation?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at info@ladybugjewels.in within 24 hours of placing the order, quoting your order. We will try our best to update or cancel your order. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, updating/cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, we may assist you with store credit, subject to review.
How long will my jewellery take to be delivered?
Since all our pieces are made-to-order, we require a minimum of fifteen (15) business days to ship your order. Delivery is typically completed within 3-4 weeks from the date of order. For urgent orders, we may be able to work towards having it delivered to you on a short timeline at an additional cost. Please contact us at +91 9769018015 (Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM) to coordinate the same.
Can I select a specific time slot for my delivery?
We are unavailable to facilitate delivery at specific time slots.
Is it safe to ship real jewelry?
Yes. We only partner with reputed courier agencies and all shipments are insured until delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI payments and NEFT/RTGS bank transfers.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. Full payment for your order must be made in advance. The jewellery production begins only after the receipt and confirmation of the payment.
Can I place an order over phone or WhatsApp?
We are happy to advise you over the phone. However, to ensure security, purchases cannot be completed over the phone and the order must be placed through the website or via a secure payment link.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once payment is successful, you will receive and order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order along with tracking details.

Can I place a custom order?
Yes, you can place a custom order by connecting with us via WhatsApp. We offer personalization options for some gemstones and more!
However, please note that customized or personalised pieces are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Do you offer exchange or buy back?
As a small homegrown made to order brand, we currently do not offer exchange or buy back on products.
Do you have physical stores?
We currently do not operate any offline stores. All purchases can be made exclusively through our official website: www.ladybugjewels.in
Will I receive hallmarked jewellery with the requisite certificates?
Yes, you receive:
- BIS Hallmark (for gold)
- Diamond Certificate (where applicable)
- Tax invoice with product details
Is your jewellery hallmarked?
Yes, all our gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked as per Government of India norms.
Why does the weight of the jewellery vary slightly?
All pieces are handmade/casted. A small variation is normal and pricing is adjusted accordingly. Price includes gold value, making charges, stones charges and GST.
